Lennert is based in Germany and coordinates client communication, sourcing requests, supplier comparisons, documentation, and structured project handling. His background in aviation operations, business analysis, requirements engineering, and international stakeholder communication shapes the way Twende Supply works: clear, structured, risk-aware, and focused on practical execution.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a commercial pilot and later in airline operations management, where reliability, documentation, and realistic decision-making were essential. He brings that mindset into cross-border sourcing and supplier coordination.
Mercy brings Kenyan market understanding, cultural context, and a practical view of how business is done in East Africa. Her perspective helps Twende Supply understand local buyer needs, communicate with Kenyan businesses, and build relationships based on trust rather than distance.

In Asia, Twende Supply works with Mei, our sourcing partner with business presence in Ningbo and Hong Kong. She supports supplier communication, manufacturer access, product sourcing, price checks, and coordination with factories and trading partners.
Her local presence helps us move beyond anonymous online supplier listings and work closer to the actual sourcing market.
